Susan is committed to inspiring others to discover their unique design and live it out in personal responsibility.

Susan developed strong leadership skills while attaining her Corporate Trainers Certification with the Culture ROI Leadership Academy in California. She became exceptionally competent in leadership during her career in founding THE KiDZONE in Kitchener Waterloo. KiDZONE grew to become the largest attended program in the community centres in Kitchener Waterloo working with 150-200 kids per week and their families.  She specializes in public speaking, leadership training and corporate facilitation.

Paul developed strong leadership skills during the course of attaining his Corporate Trainers Certification with theCulture ROI Leadership Academy in California. He developed his leadership skills by working for 15 years in the not-for-profit sector.  He specializes in leadership training and is an accomplished conference communicator.
